Constantinople. + IhS XPS RЄX RЄGNANTIЧm, bust of Christ Pantokrator facing, raising hand in benediction and holding Gospels / OnSτAnτ ·· ROmAn' AЧGG bA' (poorly formed letters), crowned busts of Constantine VII, wearing loros, and Romanus II, wearing chlamys, facing, holding patriarchal cross between them. DOC 15; SB 1751. A couple of small scrapes, otherwise lustrous and extremely fine.
