Lot 887.  Celtiberian Male Bronze Figurine. Celtic Spain, 300-50 BC. Cast bronze figurine of a man wearing short tunic; holding patera, and aplustre or branch; wearing buret-style hat; and with an incised diagonal shoulder strap, complete with original integral square base. Face with large nose and incised details. Typical crude Celtic style. Minor chips and traces of casting sprue on base, else intact. 3.25 tall, dark green patina. Rare and Choice.
