ATTICA, Athens. 440-404 BC. AR Tetradrachm (17.22 gm; 27mm x 20mm). Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with three olive leaves and palmette / ATE Owl standing right, head facing; to left, olive sprig and crescent; all within incuse square. SNG Cop. 31; Starr pl. XXII, 7. Sharply struck on an oval shaped flan. Struck in high relief. Choice FDC. Lightly toned.
