SASANIAN KINGS, Yazdgird I, 399-420 AD. Æ (2.43 gm; 17 mm). Obverse, bust to the right, unknown monogram or letters (possible SKS-Sakastan?) with large dots above and below the letters, reverse, fire altar with attendants and cresent moon replacing the fire in fire altar, no mint or date. Struck on a broad flan. Choice VF. Original patina. Extremely rare.
