Lot 420.  Diva Faustina I. Died A.D. 140/1. AR denarius (18 mm, 3.31 g, 6 h). Rome, under Antoninus Pius, ca. A.D. 141-161. DIVA AVG FAVSTINA, veiled and draped bust of Faustina I right / PIETAS A-VG, Pietas standing facing, head left, arms outstretched; at her feet to left, altar. RIC 393; BMC 309, note; RSC 251. Nice very fine.
