M ANTΩNIOC ΓOPΔIANOC CЄ KAI CABINIAN TRANKVΛΛINAN CЄB, Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gordian right, facing draped bust of Tranquillina left, wearing stephane; c/m: pellet-in-triangle in triangular incuse / CЄΛЄVKЄΩN TΩ ΠPOC TΩ KAΛVKAΔNΩ ЄΛЄVΘЄPAC, Draped bust of Artemis-Tyche right, wearing calathus, with cornucopia behind, facing laureate and draped bust of Apollo left, with laurel branch behind. SNG BN 1034-6 var. (legends); SNG Levante 776 var. (same); for c/m: Howgego 670. Pleasing sandy brown and olive-green patina. Attractive very fine.
