Ptolemaic Kingdom. Ptolemy II Philadelphos. 285-246 B.C. AR tetradrachm (29 mm, 13.96 g, 12 h). Tyre, RY 28 (258/7 B.C.) Diademed head of Ptolemy I right, aegis tied at neck / ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ ΣΩΤΗΡΟΣ, eagle standing left on thunderbolt; to left, club surmounted by TYP monogram; to right, date (KH monogram) above EI (retrograde). Svoronos 653; SNG Copenhagen -. Toned, light surface roughness. Nearly extremely fine.
