TABARISTAN, Abbasid Governors, Annonymous "AFZWT" Type 780-793. AR hemidrachm, Tabaristan mint. Dated PYE 130, (2gm, 23mm). Crowned Sassanian style bust right; 'pd in Pahlavi in outer margin / Fire altar flanked by attendants; star and crescent flanking flames; alternating triple pellets and star-in-crescents in outer margin. Good Very Fine.
