Hetoum on horseback riding right, head facing, holding lis-tipped scepter and reins; cross to left, crescent and pellet to right / Legend citing titles and name of Kaykhusraw II in three lines; mint formula and AH date around. Nercessian 323; Album 1221. Issued by the Armenian ruler Hetoum I as vassal of the Seljuqs of Rum, Armenian obverse with horseman, Arabic reverse. Lovely strike. Choice EF. Nicely toned.
