GALATIA, Ancyra. Commodus. AD 177-192. Æ (18.50 gm; 31 mm). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Amazon standing left, foot on prow, holding anchor and extending arm. Arslan –; SNG France 2462; RPC IV Online 10470. Well struck on a nice flan. Original brown green patina. Choice Good VF. Very rare, only two known to RPC, none in CoinArchives.
