ROMAN EMPIRE; Divus Antoninus Pius. 138-161 AD. AR Denarius (3.30 gm; 18 mm). Struck under Marcus Aurelius. Rome, after AD 161. DIVVS ANTONINVS, bare head to right / CONSECRATIO, eagle standing to right wings spread, head to left, upon altar. RIC III 430 (Aurelius); BMCRE 48 (Aurelius and Verus); RSC 155/6. Well struck on a full flan. Choice aEF. Toned.
