ROMAN EMPIRE; Philip I. 244-249 AD. AR Antoninianus (4.32 gm; 24 mm). Rome, AD 244-247. IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG, radiate, draped, cuirassed bust of Philip I right, seen from behind / PAX-A-E-TERN, Pax running left, with olive branch in right hand and scepter in left. RIC IV.III 41. Sharply struck on a nice flan. Choice AU. Lightly toned. Fully lustrous.
