Description
ROMAN EMPIRE; Trajan Decius. 249-251 AD. AR Antoninianus (4.72 gm; 22 mm). Rome mint, 2nd officina, obv. radiate draped bust to right, around IMP C M Q TRAIANVS DECIVS AVG, rev. Genius standing to left holding cornucopiae, standard to right, around GENIVS EXERC ILLVRICIANI. RIC IV 16C; RSC 49. Sharply struck on a full broad flan. Well centered. Choice AU. Lightly toned.
