ROMAN EMPIRE; Nero, 54-68 AD. Æ As (7.75 gm; 23 mm). Lugdunum. Obv: IMP NERO CAESAR AVG P MAX TR P P P. Bare head right, with globus at point of neck. Rev: GENIO AVGVSTI / S - C. Genius standing left, sacrificing with patera over lighted and garlanded altar to left, holding cornucopia. RIC II 533. Nicely centered. Struck from high relief dies. Choice Good VF. Nice original patina.
