KINGS of PARTHIA, Orodes II. 57-38 BC. AR Drachm (3.91 gm; 20 mm). Mithradatkart mint. Struck circa 50-42 BC. Diademed bust left, with unusual drapery; star before, crescent behind / Archer (Arsakes I) seated right on throne, holding bow; monogram below bow. Sellwood 47.9; cf. Shore 241; Sunrise 373. Some minor surface porosity on obverse field, otherwise well struck on good metal. Choice EF.
