Reverse: FELICITAS PVBLICAE Felicitas standing facing, legs crossed, leaning on column and holding caduceus. BMC 483; Cohen 17; RIC 335. Sharply struck on a full flan. Choice FDC. Fully lustrous. Lightly toned. Perfect example for the issue.
