Description
MACEDON, Thessalonika; Late 2nd - early 1st century BC. Æ As (10.12 gm; 23 mm). Janiform head; I (mark of value) above / Two centaurs, each rearing outwards from center and holding branch; ΘEΣΣAΛONIKHΣ in exergue. SNG ANS 803; HGC 3.1, 741. Well struck on a broad flan. Choiuce Good VF / VF. Beautiful original green patina.
