KINGS of PARTHIA. Phraatekes, 2 BC.- 4/5 AD. BI Tetradrachm (10.48 gm; 30 mm). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated 311 SE (1 BC). Diademed bust left, wart on forehead; Nikai flanking, crowning Phraatakes with wreathes / Archer (Arsakes I) seated right on throne, holding bow; (year) to inner right, (month) in exergue. Sellwood 57.7; Shore 315; Sunrise 401. Struck on a nice broad flan. Choice aEF. Toned.
