ARAB-SASANIAN; Ubaydallah ibn Ziyad, AH 54-64 / AD 673-683. AR Dirhem (4.06 gm; 31 mm). Sasanian style bust turning right, name in Pahlavi in front of face, phrase "bismillah" on the second quarter, triple dots flanking star and crescent at 6 o'clock. Dot at top of star on 3 and 9 o'clock, mint: Darabgird, year 54 AH. Choice AU. Lightly toned with some luster.
