KINGS OF PARTHIA: Mithradates II, 121-91 BC. AR Drachm. Ecbatana mint, circa 120/19-109 BC. Diademed bust of Mithradates to left, with long beard, wearing a V-necked jacket with beaded lapels, shoulder decoration with beads and lines, hoop earring; multiple torque rings terminating in zoomorphic creature. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΜΕΓAΛΟΥ ΑΡΣΑΚΟΥ ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟΥΣ; Archer (Arsakes I) seated right on high-backed throne, holding bow and arrow in one hand. (4.10gm, 20mm) Good Very Fine.
