SASANIAN KINGS; Yazdgird II, 438-457 AD. AR Obol (0.53 gm; 12 mm). Obverse, Yazdgird's bust turning right, text starting from 4 o'clock, counter clockwise, " KDY, YZDKRTY" (king Yazdgird), reverse, fire altar with attendants, mint, AI (Airan-Susa) on the left. Choice Superb. Toned. Excellent condition for this issue. Extremely rare.
