ARAB-SASANIAN; Khosrau II style. Æ (4.70 gm; 22 mm). Obverse, Sasanian (Khosrau II or Yazdgird III) style. Bust turning left, GDH behind the crown on the right, Apzuty in front of face, reverse, fire altar, no attendants as they are replaced by phrase, on the left, Arabic phrase in Pahlavi "GWAM" (Qawam), (to remain standing with strength), phrase on the right AW(?) possible City of Ahwaz. Brown reddish patina. Choice Good VF. Extremely rare.
