KINGS of MACEDON, Alexander III. 336-323 BC. Genuine Silver Tetradrachm of Alexander III. Set in a custom made 14K gold pendent. Amphipolis mint, struck circa 307-297 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin headdress / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left, holding sceptre; in left field, monogram above torch, monogram below throne. Cf. Price 474. Excellent condition.
