SASANIAN KINGS, Yazdgird I. 399-420 AD. AR Drachm (3.88 gm; 27 mm). HLYDY (Herat) mint. Bust right, wearing mural crown with frontal crescent and korymbos / Fire altar with ribbons; flanked by two attendants. SNS type Ia2/1a (pl. 51, A30); Göbl type I/1 (pl. 9, 146); Paruck -; Saeedi -; Sunrise 900. Struck on a nice full flan. Choice VF / EF. Very rare.
