TABERISTAN; Khurshid or Khorshid, (115-142 AH). AR Hemidrachm (2.12 gm; 23 mm). Standard issue but with variation with a large dot on the right side of the crescent of the crown on the obverse, date year 94. The period coincides with reign of 10th Umayyad Khalif; Hisham ibn Abd al-Malik, and Abbasid’s Saffah and Mansur, Album 52. Choice AU. Lightly toned with some luster.
