KINGS of BAKTRIA, Eukratides I. ca. 171-145 BC. AR drachm (4.20 gm; 18 mm). Diademed and draped bust of Eukratides I right. Reverse, the Dioskouroi riding on horses rearing right, holding palms and spears, monogram on field. Cf. Bopearachchi Série 2e; SNG ANS 623. Lovely style. Sharply struck on an excellent metal. Choice AU. Lightly toned.
