Description
SASANIAN KINGS, Shapur II. 309-379 AD. PB (Lead) Tetradrachm (16.04 gm; 25 mm). Obverse, Shapur's bust turning right with standard crown, large dot on the shoulder, reverse, fire altar with attendants. Well struck on a broad flan. Minor hairline crack. Choice Good VF. Original find patina. Extremely rare.
