DN FOCA NE PE AV, Phocas on left, holding cross on globe and Leontia, nimbate, on right, holding sceptre topped by cross, standing facing / Large m (lower case), ANNO to left, cross above, regnal year III to right, mintmark THEUP'. DOC II 89; Sear 671; MIB 83a-b. Well struck on a nice broad flan. Original green reddish patina. Choice aEF.
