Afrasiyabid: Anonymous, AR 6 Dirhams, Amul mint, dated AH 760, citing the hidden Imam al-Mahdi Muhammad. In AH 760 / AD 1359, the Battle of 'Jalalak Mar Parchin' between Afrasiyab (Afrasiyabid) and Mir-i Buzurg (Mar'ashid) took place near Amul, where Afrasiyab was defeated and was killed together with his three sons.(ref.: Mar'ashi, Seyed Zahir al-Din.
