ARAB-SASANIAN, Hajjaj ibn Yusuf, Gyselen Type 79. Æ (0.36 gm; 15 mm). Obverse, Sasanian style bust turning right within two circles/rings, Name in Arabic in front of face, Shahadah and Shahadah for Prophet Mohammad with symbols between the rings, reverse, figure with raised arm and open hand, phrase Peroz Bovad (be victorious) on the left and name "Hajjaj" on the right. Gyselen Type 79. Couple of hairline cracks. Red patina. Choice aEF. Extremely rare.
