SELEUCID KINGS, Seleucus I Nikator. 312–281 BC. AR Drachm (3.78 gm; 16 mm). Susa mint, struck circa 301-295 BC. Draped bust of deified Alexander III r., wearing helmet covered with panthers skin, lowered cheek pieces and adorned with bull's horn and ear; panthers skin around the neck. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ – ΣΕΛΕΥΚΟΥ Nike, wearing long chiton, standing right and crowning trophy; AX monogram in lower central field. SC 174.5; EMS 418. Nicely centered. Choice Good VF.
