KINGS of PARTHIA, Phraates IV. 38/7-2 BC. BI Tetradrachm (10.38 gm; 30 mm). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated 288 SE (24 BC). Diademed bust left, wart on forehead / Phraates seated right, receiving wreath from Athena standing left, holding scepter; pellet below throne, (date) in exergue. Sellwood 52.5 var. (no pellet); Shore 274; Callataÿ 337; Sunrise 391. Well struck on a nice broad flan. Some minor graffiti on obverse field. Well centered. Choice Good VF. Toned.
