Description
KUSHANO-SASANIAN, Peroz Kushanshah. circa 325-330 AD. Æ Drachm (1.67 gm; 13 mm). Obverse; bust turning right with either a crescent or bullhorn cown topped with flower like globe, with legend" "PYRUChYS MaLKA" (King Peroz), reverse; fire altar with figure representing Ahura Mazda and phrase "BWLZAWNDY YZDTY" (exalted king). Choice aEF. Original find patina.
