The Virgin, nimbate, seated facing on a throne with high back-rest, wearing pallium and maphorium, holding before her nimbate bust of infant Christ; in field above, MHTHP (mgr.) - ΘV Rev. Isaac standing facing, wearing divitision, loros, pendilia and crown, holding long cross in his right hand, akakia in his l. hand; he is crowned by Archangel Michael standing facing, nimbate, wearing military costume and cloak, holding scepter in his left hand; between their heads Θ; double border.
