SASANIAN KINGS. Shahpur II. 309-379 AD. Gold Dinar (7.09 gm; 20 mm). Crowned bust right, crown with korymbos and merlons / Fire altar with fillets, flanked by torches. Cf. Paruck 247; Göbl -; Göbl, Kushan 1309; Sunrise 863. Minor die rust on obverse filed. Sharply struck on a nice broad flan. Choice Superb EF.
