Description
KUSHANO-SASANIAN KINGS, Peroz, Kushanshah. circa 325-330 AD. Æ Drachm (2.40 gm; 15 mm). Obverse; bust turning right with either a crescent or bullhorn crown topped with flower like globe, with legend" "PYRUChYS MaLKA" (King Peroz), reverse; fire altar with figure representing Ahuramazda and phrase "BWLZAWNDY YZDTY" (exalted king). Choice VF. Original find patina.
