ROMAN EMPIRE, Diva Faustina Senior. Died AD 140/1. Æ As (11.61 gm; 26 mm). Rome mint. Struck under Antoninus Pius, AD 146-161. Draped bust right, wearing pearls bound on top of her head / AETERNITAS, S C in exergue, Aeternitas seated left on globe, extending right hand and holding scepter. RIC III 1159 (Pius). Well struck on a full flan. Brown reddish patina. Choice VF.
