Description
ARAB-SASANIAN, "GDH Rabi" type. Æ (0.75 gm; 19 mm). Obverse, Sasanian style bust turning right, phrase "AP(d?) in front of face, phrase GDH or possibly "Rabi" behind the crown, reverse, horse rider with a symbolic device in hand turning right, phrase Pylch(?) on the right. Well struck on a nice broad flan. Original reddish patina. Choice Good VF. Extremely rare and seldom seen.
