SASANIAN KINGS, Yazdgird II. 438-457 AD. Æ (1.25 gm; 13 mm). Obverse: Monogram consisting of radiating sun or star and a large dot (Moon?) in front of face, reverse, fire altar with attendants. Well struck on a broad flan. Choice Good VF. Original reddish patina.
