SASANIAN KINGS, Bahram (Varhran) IV. 388-399 AD. PB (Lead) unit (3.12 gm; 16 mm). Obverse, Bahram's bust with winged crown turning right, paisley symbol (symbol initiating in Persia where it is called Buta or Bute-Jegheh - it symbolizes the evergreen tree in the "resisting wind" mode sacred to Zoroastrian religion as well as other religions of ancient Mesopotamia) in front of face, reverse, fire altar with attendants, no mint or date. Choice Good VF. Very Rare.
