ARAB-SASANIAN, Abu Samar ibn Umar. Æ (1.86 gm; 20 mm). Obverse, Janus style two face looking opposite directions, behind the head name in Arabic “Abu-Samar” continued to the front of face “bin Umar” (Abu Samar ibn Umar), reverse, Shahadah. no mint or date, not in Gyselen. Well struck on a nice flan. Red patina. Choice Good VF. Extremely rare.
