Islamic, Arab Sasanian: al-Hajjaj bin Yusuf, ( AH 75-95/ AD 694-713). AE Pashiz. mostly minted in Bishapur, between AH 75-95. Bust right, with govenor's name in Arabic (al-Hajjaj bin Yusuf), complete kalima in radial arrangement in the margin / To the Right muslim man at prayer with his hands raised, again name of al-Hajjaj in Pahlavi to the right. (1gm, 12mm), Very Fine, Extremely Rare. Some Patina.
