BUWAYHID, "Rukn al-Dawlah, Abu Ali Buyeh". AR Dirhem (4.38 gm; 28 mm). Obverse, Shahadah followed by name and title of Ruk al-Dawlah, reverse, Lillah, Shahadah for Prophet Mohammad, followed by name of Abbasid Khalif "al-Muti'Allah" followed by name of "Adud al-Dawlah Abu Shojah". mint: Ahwaz(?), year not legible. Sharply struck on nice broad medallic flan. Choice FDC. Lightly toned. Fully lustrous. Great example for this issue.
