KINGS of ELYMAIS, Kamnaskires III, with Queen Anzaze. Ca. 81-72 BC. AR Tetradrachm (15.93 gm; 27 mm). Seleukeia on the Hedyphon, dated ΔΛΣ 234 SE (79/78 BC). Conjoined busts left of Kamnaskires and Queen Anzaze; behind, anchor / Zeus seated left, holding Nike and scepter. date ΔΛΣ in exergue. van't Haaff Type 7.1.1-1; Sunrise –; cf. Alram 454. Well struck on nice broad flan. Some light pitting on the fields, otherwise good metal. Nicely centered. Full date. Choice aEF / EF. Toned.
