Diademed head of Salus to right, SALVS below, P under chin; all within torque / Victory, holding palm branch, whip and reins, driving galloping biga to right; grasshopper to right below horses, D•SILANVS L•F in exergue. Crawford 337/2f; RSC Junia 17; Sydenham 645C. Ex. Edward J. Waddell inventory, comes with original tag. Lovely strike on a nice full flan. Choice EF. Nice old cabinet toning.
