M OPEL ANT DIADVMENIAN CAES, bare-headed and draped bust right, seen from front / PRINC IVENTVTIS, Diadumenian standing facing in military attire, head right, holding standard in right hand, cradling sceptre in left arm; two standards to right. RIC IV 102 (Macrinus); Clay Issue 2; RSC 3; BMCRE 87. Sharply struck on a nice broad flan. Choice FDC. Lightly toned. Fully lustrous. Rare.
