IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gordian III right / ORIENS AVG, radiate Sol standing facing, head left, raising arm and holding globe. RIC 213; RSC 167. Sharply struck on an excellent metal. Choice Superb. Lightly toned. Lustrous.
