Cross potent on three steps, cross of dots beneath; at the centre of the cross, oval medallion with facing bust of Romanus, bearded, wearing crown and loros / Legend in five lines, cross of dots above and below, all within triple border. DO 20; Sear 1755. edge crimp. NGC-AU (Strike 5/5; Surface 3/5). Certificate # 6558569-006. From Jack A, Frazer Collection. Ex. CNG 456, Lot 575. Nice old cabinet toning.
