Description
ARAB-SASANIAN, Year 60?. Æ (0.67 gm; 22 mm). Obverse, Sasanian Style bust turning right with a crown similar to Kavad I , GDH formula in front of the face, date "Shast?" (year 60) behind the head, reverse, sasanian bust facing forward, on the left the phrase in Kufic "Bismillah" (in the name of God), to the right phrase "Huvallah" (th only God). Well struck on a nice flan. Reddish patina. Choice VF / Good VF. Of highest rarity among Arab-Sasanian coins, not in Gyselen.
