BACTRIA KINGDOM: c. 240-230 BCE Diodotus (or Diodotos) I or II AR tetradrachm, as Seleucid satrap, Obv: Diademed head of Diodotus facing right, dotted border around. Reverse Nude Zeus standing left, seen from behind, holding aegis over his outstretched left arm and hurling thunderbolt with his right hand, Greek legend: BAΣIΛEΩΣ ANTIOXOY, monogram in left field, eagle below. (Weight: 16.60gm, Size: 26mm). Extremely fine & Rare.
